Terms of Service

By booking a driver or using our website and apps, you agree to these terms. Please read them with our Privacy Policy.

1. Our service

• TirupatiDriver.in arranges a driver to drive your own car. We do not provide cars; this is not a taxi or car-rental service.
• A booking is a request. It is confirmed when we assign a driver; the driver's name and photo then appear in the customer app.
• Availability depends on drivers in your area at the requested time.

2. Customer responsibilities

• Your car must be roadworthy, legally registered, and have valid insurance, PUC and other documents in the vehicle.
• Fuel, tolls, parking and permits are paid by the customer.
• For outstation trips, the driver's food (and stay for night halts) is provided or paid by the customer.
• Give accurate pickup details and treat the driver respectfully. Do not ask the driver to break traffic laws or drive unsafely.
• Pay the agreed driver charges after the trip (cash or UPI), as confirmed before the trip.

3. Cancellations

You can cancel free of charge up to 1 hour before pickup by contacting support. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may lead to refusal of future bookings.

4. Safety and liability

• Drivers are verified (licence, ID and photo) before they can receive trips, and are expected to drive safely and follow the law.
• Claims for accidental damage to the vehicle are handled through your vehicle insurance, as with any authorised driver. Traffic fines caused by the driver's own violations during the trip are the driver's responsibility.
• To the extent permitted by law, TirupatiDriver.in is not liable for indirect losses, delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures or events outside our control, or for personal belongings left in the car.
• Please report any problem or complaint to support within 48 hours of the trip so we can look into it.

5. Drivers using the driver app

• Provide true, valid documents (driving licence, Aadhaar, PAN) and a recent photo of yourself. False documents lead to immediate removal and may be reported.
• Hold a valid driving licence for the vehicle type, never drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and follow traffic laws.
• Use customer details only to complete the assigned trip. Do not share, store or contact customers for any other purpose.
• Keep your password private. Accounts can be blocked for misconduct, customer complaints or misuse.

6. Reviews

Reviews must be honest and about a real experience. We may remove reviews that are abusive, false, or contain personal information.

7. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh have jurisdiction.
